The scope of each project varies, but you can expect a full concept for the space with a presentation board, samples, color rendering and overview of the project.  There are four distinct steps in a successful design project. 

 

The Initial Design Consultation

The intent of the initial meeting is to determine the scope of the physical project and your expectations. This meeting will include a walk through if it is existing space, taking photographs/measurements, initial brainstorming, and determining the budget.  The result of this step is to arrive at a Conceptual Design.

 

Specification Building and Evaluation

I will tackle the research, do the legwork and use my resources in the field to develop creative alternatives for your design project.  The design elements, which may include paint colors, furniture, fabrics, flooring and accessories will be evaluated to determine their applicability for our project.

 

The Design

In addition to the plans, renderings and presentation boards, you  will be provided with the specifications, resources, and cost estimates for the project.  After your review, tweaks, and approval, you will be ready for the final phase.

 

The Roll Out

As your representative with the product suppliers, I will execute the orders that are within my scope of the project and coordinate delivery with your schedule. Project management is available if it fits your needs.
